February Snow Storms
This month we were hit with two big snow storms. The first one brought about 20" & then just four days later we were hit again with another 20", We took Logan out in the snow for as long as he would last, about 10 minutes both times. He loved it at first. He smiled at us & poked at the snow piles that were taller than he is. Once alittle bit of snow touched his skin he was done, I don't blame him.

Christmas 2009
We enjoyed Logan's 1st Christmas at home this year.
We couldn't believe that just one year ago we were spending Christmas in the hospital. How time has flown by.
We spent Christmas Eve at my parents house helping them decorate their tree, a Spera tradition, eating lunch & then exchanging gifts. He loved the tool bench that Aunt Helen gave him. Then off to Aunt Tara's parents house, Grandma & Grandpa Hebden where he figured out how to open the gifts. It was so cute to watch.
Christmas Day we spent the morning together at home opening gifts. I think Justin & I were more excited than Logan was. Logan loved his Thomas the Train ride on toy & wanted Justin to push him around the house in it. Then off to Justin's parents we went, Nonna & Granddad's, where he played with his cousins Katherine & Joseph. Joseph can really get him laughing like no one else. It was great watching the two of them together. We sat down for an early dinner then off again to open some more gifts. Nonna & Granddad bought Logan a toy box which all three kids got into for
a great photo shot.
All in all it was a wonderful Christmas spent with the people we love.

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY LOGAN
We had to post-pone Logan's 1st birthday party due to a blizzard that came through to Sunday. His party was themed Eagles football. We had all the foods you would eat if you were tailgating to a Philadelphia Eagles game. Logan had a great time playing with his friends & helping Mommy opening his gifts. He loved the balloons & the ribbon the most & eating his first cupcake. He didn't dive into it. He poked at it & smiled so Daddy had to feed it to him. He ate the whole thing.
We would like to thank everyone who made Logan's 1st Birthday such a special day.

Winter Wonderland at Waterloo Gardens
Logan & his two cousins, Katherine & Joseph, meet up at Waterloo Gardens in Exton PA to get some holiday pictures taken. The kids were full of great smiles & excited about all the different decorated Christmas trees. At the end of our trip they had their pictures taken with Santa, Logan wasn't to happy about that.

Getting Ready for the Holiday Season!!!
Logan had his first photo taken with Santa earlier this month. He did not cry, which we were glad about, he just wasn't sure about the big guy dressed in red...he was a
BIG Santa.
On Friday my girlfriend Tara & I took Logan to the National Christmas Center in Paradise, PA. We were skeptical at first but it turned out to be a great day. Logan was such a good boy. He loved the Christmases around the World. There was so much to see, the old Woolworth's 5 & 10 store was amazing. We are going to make it a tradition to take Logan there every December. I can't wait to see through his eyes again next year.

Playing in the Leaves!
The weather has been so beautiful for the past few days, perfect weather to build a leaf pile with Logan. Aunt Michelle came over & Logan was not sure about the leaves. It was funny watching him keep his arms up in the air. The next day he loved them & kept putting the leaves ontop of his head but wanted to eat them also....yuck!

Pumpkins & Halloween!!!

This year we painted our pumpkins instead of carving them. Mostly to celebrate the Phillies making it for the second year in a row to the World Series against the Yankees.

For Logan's first Halloween he dressed up as a Dragon. He had a great time at Tia Walda's house helping Mommy hand out the candy.
